Since the Naṡirī era, law has always been mentioned in the writings of intellectuals as well as in the demands of reformers and the people. During the constitutional period, Iranians said a lot about this key concept of the modern era. One of the most coherent and accurate statements about this concept is that of Mirza ‘Abdulraḥmān Ṭalebuf Tabrīzī. In this article, an attempt has been made to introduce a concept of law in his thought by examining Ṭalebuf’s writings. Ṭalebuf deals with the status of law, its definition, goals and benefits, as well as the source of its making and provides a correct understanding of this concept in Iran. He has also sought to come up with a perspective on the relationship between Sharī‘a and law. مشروطیت، به عنوان حادثه‌ی مهم دوران جدید ایران، جنبشی برای تأسیس قانون بود. از عصر ناصری، همواره قانون هم در نوشته‌های روشنفکران، هم در خواسته‌های مصلحان و مردم مطرح می‌شد. در دوران مشروطیت، ایرانیان درخصوص این مفهوم کلیدی دوران مدرن سخنان بسیاری بیان کردند. یکی از منسجم‌ترین و دقیق‌ترین سخنان در خصوص این مفهوم از آن میرزا عبدالرحیم طالبوف تبریزی است. در این مقاله کوشش شده است با بررسی نوشته‌های طالبوف، طرحی از مفهوم قانون در اندیشه‌ی او معرفی شود. طالبوف به جایگاه قانون، تعریف آن، اهداف و فواید قانون و نیز منبع وضع آن پرداخته و برداشت درستی از این مفهوم در ایران ارائه کرده است. او همچنین کوشش کرده است به طرح دیدگاهی در مورد نسبت شریعت و قانون دست‌یابد. https://www.chistorys.ir/article_203500_b295dd48f3d7ff2360c91d7f02656fe9.pdf
