Enumerating the origin, components and differences of ideas Marx and Weber in this context, this article seeks the answer to this question that in what extent the role of religion can be estimated in this movement based on these point of views? The emphasis of this article in on the application of a type of combinational sociology of religion. The findings of this research which is based on comparative and historical analytical method is shown that contrary to popular view, Karl Marx’ view on sociology of religion which is raised from the historical materialism of his point of, can be efficient in better analysis of the characteristic of relationship between Abbasid Caliphate and religion as one of the main reasons for formation of Babak Khorramdin’s movement which approaches the position of religion to the concept of Marx’s ideology. Regarding emphasis on interaction of religion and economy as two important factor in formation of Babak Khorramdin’s movement, Weber’s sociology of religion which somehow had raised from the German idealism tradition and his intellectual methodology, is useful for better understanding of religious aspects of this movement. پژوهش حاضر در صدد بررسی ابعاد مذهبی جنبش بابک خرم‌دین بر‌‌ اساس جامعه‌شناسی دین کارل مارکس و ماکس وبر می‌باشد و ضمن برشمردن خاستگاه‌ها، مولفه‌ها و تفاوت‌های عقاید مارکس و وبر در این زمینه، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که تا چه میزان می‌توان نقش مذهب را در این جنبش، بر اساس نگاه‌های مذکور سنجید؟ این مقاله بر کاربست نوعی از جامعه‌شناسی ترکیبی دین تاکید دارد.<br />نتایج این پژوهش که با روش مقایسه‌ای و تحلیل تاریخی صورت گرفته، نشان می‌دهد که برخلاف تصور رایج، جامعه‌شناسی دین مارکس که برآمده از بینش ماتریالیسم تاریخی وی می‌باشد، می‌تواند در تحلیل بهتر ماهیت رابطه خلافت عباسی و دین ـ به عنوان یکی از دلایل اصلی شکل‌گیری جنبش بابک خرم‌دین ـ که جایگاه دین را به مفهوم ایدئولوژی مارکس نزدیک می‌سازد، کارآمد باشد. جامعه‌شناسی دین وبر نیز که تا حدی برآمده از سنت ایدئالیسم آلمانی و روش‌شناسی تفهمی <span dir="LTR">‌</span>وی می‌باشد، با توجه به تاکید بر تعامل دین و اقتصاد، به عنوان دو عامل مهم در شکل‌گیری جنبش بابک خرم‌دین، در درک بهتر ابعاد مذهبی جنبش مذکور کارساز می‌باشد<strong>.</strong> https://www.chistorys.ir/article_205256_7f98313c85e53e9bfb2a5bd654db3850.pdf
