This article will introduce the opinions of Old Testament’ researchers and the suspicious issue of Achaemenid Kings’ Aramaic Mandates in the Ezra-Nehemiah Book as spurious text of later periods, while is going to answer these questions that how is the originality of these mandates? And how much is the historical reality of the orders of Achaemenid kings about the religious affairs of Jews? In order to answer these questions, these mandates have been compared in terms of content with other similar acts of Achaemenid Kings in other parts of their territories. It has been concluded that Achaemenid Kings issued this kind of charters and regulations for their vassals. Other findings of this research shows that in spite of the general acceptance of this possibility, not all of the subjects of this texts should be considered as historical and it is necessary to pay attention to the effect of concepts and especial points of view which the main writer of the narration of Ezra or the later editor was going to transmit it.
